1. Your order
Check your items, quantities and notes before you continue. Your order is sent to قرصان وسمن as soon as you place it.

2. Prices
You pay the total shown on the payment page, including any VAT, discount and delivery fee shown there.

3. Payment
Online payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. قرصان وسمن never sees or stores your card details. Payments in cash or on the store's card machine are made to قرصان وسمن directly.

4. Availability
Items are subject to availability. If an item runs out after you order, قرصان وسمن will offer you an alternative or a refund for that item.

5. Pickup and delivery
Preparation and delivery times are estimates. Please collect pickup orders on time.

6. Cancellations and refunds
