Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order with شاورما ابو ريان Shawarma AbuRayan and how refunds work.

1. Cancelling your order
You can cancel from your order page as long as شاورما ابو ريان Shawarma AbuRayan has not started on your order. The cancel button becomes available 5 minutes after you place the order, so the store has time to accept it first.

2. After the store has started
Once شاورما ابو ريان Shawarma AbuRayan has started preparing your order, it can no longer be cancelled from the order page. Contact the store straight away; it may still be able to help.

3. Orders cancelled by the store
If شاورما ابو ريان Shawarma AbuRayan cannot complete your order, for example because an item is unavailable or the store is closing, it will cancel the order and refund in full anything you paid online.

4. Refunds
If you paid online for an order that is cancelled, or for an item that cannot be provided, the amount is refunded to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 14 working days to show a refund.

5. Problems with your order
If something is missing or wrong, tell شاورما ابو ريان Shawarma AbuRayan as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after you receive your order. The store will replace the item or refund it.

6. Cash and card-machine payments
For orders paid in cash or on the store's card machine, refunds are made by شاورما ابو ريان Shawarma AbuRayan directly.
